Greentree, Attaboy, etal:
In a past email Mark Clancy indicated to me that he is open
for questions, comments, etc. from stockholders. I think that
what your talking about Greentree on insiders selling is your
misread of SEC doc's...once again.....I think we may see
more shares sold at under 2.00....that will be a loss for them
a gain for me if I'm the buyer.

If you read past post or the early SEC doc's
you have some pre-IPO investors who are doing some
short term profit taking...that is like a six-pack....drink one
and you have five...drink two and you have four...when
your out... you wish you would have bought a twelve-pack!

I still belive that with no debt, orders for BORS in the works and
good management (who have mostly restricted shares, see
past filling!!) is a good sign...management does not benefit
from seeing the price driven down.

I bought 1000@2 last week...no regrets today... part of
dollar cost averaging for me, however I prefer to $ cost up!

As always everyone do you own homework.....good luck
to those who need it....good hunting to those don't belive in it.

Here are a few of questions to pass on to Mr. Clancy. Thaks.

1.How much does it cost using current technology to produce enough aquafuel to power a car the same distance that a gallon of gas will power it. In other words, all other things being equal, what is the cost of producing the energy of a gallon of gas in aquafuel, assuming the car has been retrofitted to run on Aquafuel.

What is the projected cost/gallon once special equipment is manufactured for producing aquafuel.

2.If my gas and electric bills are approximately $100/month in the winter for gas heating, water heating electricity, etc., what would be the comparable fuel cost/month using a generator powered by aquafuel. Just the fuel costs, not the generator.

3. If aquafuel is really what the company is claiming it is, why aren't the major oil companies breaking down TOUP's doors to buy them out for billions, since it could completely destroy their business.

4. What is the total number of shares outstanding, including and existing preferreds, warrants, etc. Are there any plans to issue more shares over the next several months? What does the company estimate the shares outstanding to be in one year?

5. Is it the company's intention to market aquafeul on its own, find a marketing partner or sell to the highest bidder?

6. How much profit does the company exoect per BORS pump sold? Per pump leased?

attaboy, perhaps you could ask this question of Mr. Clancy as well:

If Aquafuel is what it is suggested to be and close to commercialization as well, then the stock price will go much higher. But in that case why would insiders be selling 1/3 of their shares (4.4 million)at a low price of 1 3/8? Certainly some sort of explanation would be helpful.

Thank you.
