Hi Gavin. Rocks position is that they intend on allowing the BC Government every opportunity of settlement. If in fact this does not come to pass, then the BC Gov understands that the litigation action launched earlier this year will progress. Rock has informed the BC Gov. that they will not withdraw the suit until a settlement is reached! Two groups have settled with the BC Gov. Royal Oak and a "geologist with land ownership" that was awarded twice the amount he was asking!!

So, no I don't believe settlement is restricted to the Barricks of the world!!

Russell 2000 is reflecting a new interest in small-caps. DML CRN ARP are making big moves, the rest of the small caps will follow shortly! I think Rocks story is about as good as it gets for a smalll-cap junior with a great piece of property!! We shall see

ALL IMHO!!
