I'm using N=20 now, that is 8 months have gone by since 2/19/98. Did you by any chance let N=12+10 since we are in the 10th month of the year?

I'm way out of my league here, but I think Black-Scholes applies only to determining the current value of the stock warrants owned by INRANGE.
