Larry - Sorry, just saw your message. Yes, I am following IBM. The bull is steeper than I expected. I will not recover the loss on the puts this time, but they will be less if I hold, so I am.

IBM followed the rare path shown on page 5-6 of the Guide. The same pattern as AC followed and now there is another stock also spotted that is starting it. The Guide indicated the change to the pattern would be permanent (a new beginning was the expression). It wasn't. The Cross over reverted to where it always would have been (last Friday as I have it drawn and thus the price should be dropping).

This is the first time one of the patterns was not accurately identified. Not surprising in this case given how long it takes to find the downstream influence on/of the Trading Computers. I understand that all Guide recipients are going to be advised of this apparent error regardless of when they purchased their copy of the Guide to INPATHIQUE Analysis.

I expected IBM to start falling on Friday. Unfortunately, the bull is so steep, that I do not know of any way of predicting how far it will drop before starting up again. One clue might be the DOW chart which indicates the peak of the DOW (for now) will be Thursday. So perhaps IBM will start to decline faster at that point. Meanwhile, I am liquidating daily as the opportunities present themselves and there certainly are lots of those.

All in all. I do not like this stock's pattern much at this moment.

The very long term bull is due for its last X-over which will drive the price down. The bear/bull/bear patterns are becoming steeper and steeper and thus very dangerous and unpredicatable. Other stocks are safer.
