Newsletter.. earnings plays nearly double in price .. 2-3 weeks Knitwit (Do I have to call you that?!)... just hit on the member login or newsletter button. Earnings plays seem to last longer than any of other stocks..
Just take an example like TXCC and chart it since earnings...went from 14 to 25..USWB went from 8 to 14 after its report on 10/14/98, AXNT on 'anticipatory upswing' doubled from 12 to 22 during the month of October. QLGC went from 52 to 90 in "anticipation" through its report. CLX went from 90 to 110 in the pre-earnings run-up,PVN was 43 on 10/6/98 and now it 80...NSOL went from 28 on the 10/15 to 54 today...These stocks, whether low priced or high price virtually nearly doubled in price from anticipation throught the earnings report.

Dell would have to go to 120 to beat that. I made my profit on it but had I held I would have perhaps tripled the profit.
