Just some info I pulled off EDGAR concerning the POWERx license: According to the 10-QSB for National Health & Safety Corporation, NHLT had a 24% increase in POWERx sales when comparing the 2nd quarter of 97 to the 2nd quarter of 98. The increase was due primarily to increased marketing. POWERx sales for the 1st six months of 98 increased 32% when compared to the sales for the same period in 97. Also: <During the remainder of fiscal 1998, the Company will stress the marketing of its POWERX contracts and increasing the number of POWERX members nationwide. The Company will also concentrate on the development of the corporate infrastructure necessary to service POWERX members, including the expansion of a customer service staff. Among the priorities of the Company will be the completion of an electronic data processing center to provide for the processing of POWERX orders.> NHLT apparently thinks this service has possibilities. Seems they are strapped for cash and don't have the wherewithal to make it happen. May be a good addition if ESVS can make it go. kemosabe
