Jay's reply was that they have cash to fund the launch and expect to get more from partnership deals. They will still need to do a $15 mm financing at some point in the future to handle working capital and other requirements. A guy named Roberts asked what the negative vote was for. The negative vote came from someone who normally sits on biologic panels, where two pivotal trials are required. Her negative vote was a protest against the FDA policy of approving devices with only one pivotal trial. Mike Volcano (sp?) asked about their plans for the ACR meeting. they will have a booth, 4 presentations, sponsor a mini-symposium and have some lunches dinners and cocktail parties.
