I just listened to the replay. The highlights are: Partnership discussions are
in their final stages and will be finalized by the end of the year. One
additional machine manufacturer was mentioned, Fresenius. I think that
they're a German company. Most of the trial was done using Cobe
machines. They're building column inventory to get ready for the launch.

In response to a question by Kelly Seringer (sp?) of Evolution Capital, Dr.
Erlich, CYPB's consultant from Penn, estimated the target patient
population at 200,000 minimum, and suggested that as time goes on many
docs will be using the column in conjunction with other therapies,
expanding this number. He thinks that acceptance will be good.

Richard Hunt, a shareholder, asked about the cash position. Jay's reply was
that they have cash to fund the launch and expect to get more from
partnership deals. They will still need to do a $15 mm financing at some
point in the future to handle working capital and other requirements.

A guy named Roberts asked what the negative vote was for. The negative
vote came from someone who normally sits on biologic panels, where two
pivotal trials are required. Her negative vote was a protest against the FDA
policy of approving devices with only one pivotal trial.

Mike Volcano (sp?) asked about their plans for the ACR meeting. they will
have a booth, 4 presentations, sponsor a mini-symposium and have some
lunches dinners and cocktail parties.

There was more, but these were the most important points. "
