dave; considering the performance of the stock it would be easy to forget about the fact that this co. still has an excellent product, money to keep improving it, excellent partners, large market share, and a tremendous patent portfolio that while it hasn't produced anything significant to date has the potential for huge returns. Of course these patents haven't been tested in court yet and they might never be, but I doubt it. In the meantime they haven't lost yet either. Maybe the business model of omkt is just wrong, I don't know but even if that is the case this would be a great takeover play for all the reasons above. Plus the stock already has had the crap beat out of it. IMO not a lot of downside from here but huge potential upside if patient for another few years.

regards;
mw

Glad you took it the right way, as hard as that is to do, considering. I didn't really think it was just a matter of the stock price reaching your max pain tolerance point. Just like you and I am sure a whole bunch of other investors, I am goddamn bitter about what happened with what should have been a great company and I hope to get the opportunity to vote all the management out of there and recover my losses. Hope that CMGI and the other big investors on the board pull the plug on these guys. I thought they were the Internet gurus!

What happened with the vaunted patents, besides "These things take time"? That was one of the big reasons I bought the stock... now, not a word. I feel swindled.

I lost a lot of money on them and sold out about 75% of my holdings. Holding a bit still on the hopes that somebody with a few more IQ points and who knows how to make a profit gets in there and makes something of this (what should have been a) fantastic opportunity.
