jgsolari,

>>The standard...and the company still loses money and is having problems with the banks... I've yet to see anyone on this thread provide a fundamental valuation for why IOM is attractive at current levels i.e showing me with numbers what IOM should be worth - now and or/later. Vague generalities are worthless as is the irrelavnt chatter filling these boards about the beloved zip -- great products come and go -- great companies survive and prosper.<<

Gee, I'm sorry...I'll get right on it...would you like me to wipe your ass too?

regards,

Philip

JGS -

Management said in the last conference call that they expected to be both cash flow positive and profitable in the next quarter, and to continue to be profitable thereafter. They have reduced costs considerably, and are taking steps to begin to increase revenue.

They also said that they are having no problems in their banking relationships, and are in compliance with all loan covenants.

This is just for your information. At this point, exact valuations for the future are difficult to figure. Future revenues are very much dependent upon the success of the Clik! products, as well as the continuing ability of Zip to generate disk sales. For actual numbers, take a look at the forward revenue and earnings estimates from H & Q, which were recently raised.

I would not presume to advise anyone on this thread as to whether the stock is attractive at this or any other level. I enjoy debating various points concerned with technology, the market, etc. People can make their own decisions.
