I think your getting it. It's hard to figure the exact % of growth in sales compared to that which is accounted for by the acquisitions and one-time spurt due to music sales. Last quarter management said they expected the summer to be flat to around 7% growth. It looks like they exceeded that base growth rate once you take out the acquisitions. It's not clear by how much. I expect higher qtr-to-qtr growth than just 10% this quarter. Maybe they are playing the same game as in the past - lower expectations and earnings guidance and then it will be easy to do "better than expected".

Hi e, Thanks for all the informative posts for the past week; you and Rob's detail analysis in the sales growth/breakdown/strength/weakness are excellent.

p.s. From the volume and price ranges for the past week, I think that very few(there is one 144 filings of 17,600 shares) of the Junglee/Plantell shares(2.6 million) have been actually sold. I wonder why?? A brief restriction period was required for the large holders? or others ???

Super weekend!!

What am I not getting here?

Investment banking business from Amazon. That's what you're not getting, that the analysts are getting.
