[star]

hi daniel,

shlomi is the guy to comment on what's going on with star... if he reads this maybe he can give us some insight into the dynamics...

on the face of it, am not worried (yet)... don't know how closely you've followed star, but star and dr. meir barel (director with siemens' connections) are kinda the same and after the secondary believe that together they accounted for 9.4% of outstanding shares or approximately 1,556,900 shares (and that's not counting ultracom).. if they have registered to file 130,000 that's only about 8% of their holdings.. they've been in since the beginning and maybe need some $ at the moment...

also they are just registering, right? in other words probably not sold yet, and probably this filing establishes a window in which they must sell... turning this around... maybe some news on the way and they would like to sell into a pop?

on the other hand maybe they do know some negatives and want to raise a little cash now...

time will tell...

thanks for the info.. much appreciated
