I wonder if the SEC will think about going after the Wall Street pr%cks who, to assist their wealthy clients to exit and enter, decide to upgrade a stock after its gone ballistic or downgrade the ones that have already tanked . To me, those are the really dangerous pump and dumpers.

Not to appear insensitive, but do we really need to know that these little schlock internet promoters received compensation for their recommendations?
