Tom, As has been said in the past, at this stage management is damned if they do, and damned if they don't. I think they got burned earlier in the year when they came out with "official" PR and email responses that set timelines for a lot of issues shareholders were pushing for. As you know, they got a lot of posters steamed when those were missed. I think they felt pressured to respond, and suffered later as a result of sharing their own enthusiasm and hopes.

Now we are in a no-news limbo, probably because there really is nothing to report, and saying "Boy, we got a lot of good stuff just on the verge of maybe happening as quickly as we want it to," just doesn't cut it any more. So they are mum. And we don't like that any more than the pie-in-the-sky that doesn't happen on schedule.

If I was MS, I wouldn't let anything slip out that would end up on this thread and which could possibly be construed as hype. (Witness the Cliff Hangers Ball that developed recently when bashers got ammo from premature news!) I'd let the shareholders make up their own ideas of what is happening, and let them discuss the hell out of it. I may tell a few large, strong longs more than what is out for publication, and maybe that is the "nod and wink" theory of shareholder relations, but I, for one, feel left out of the party if this is what is going on.

Have yourself a great weekend,
M.
