point taken.. I never expected a bounce this close to 9k. Heck I thought we would be looking at 6K by now. if next week is like the last couple then...........i don't buy this after election day jazz. I suppose we'll protect All Saints Day too. And don't forget Veterans Day on Nov 11th. Can't be down then either <g>

Hi Tippet, How do you like this business plan. The company (LOR) reported a third-quarter net loss of $22 million, or 20 cents per share, excluding one-time items. This meets the estimate set by analysts surveyed by First Call. A year ago, Loral posted a loss of $16 million, or 6 cents a share. Loral said third-quarter results reflect a $35 million gain related to a Globalstar stock deal and a charge of $7.3 million for the Zenit-2 launch failure in early September in southern Siberia. "Loral's fundamentals remain on track and we continue to make progress in the execution of our business plan," said Chief Executive Officer Bernard L. Schwartz in an earnings release. What is so funny is that I made a GREAT DEAL of money on this stock today (in and out today but will probably keep going) and did not even know what the news was until after the close. Would probably not have bought it had I seen the news. Just goes to show you FA does not seem to matter. Monty
