There are probably many who know the answer to your question but someone who knows for sure is tomato on the Trump thread.

For myself I have concluded that the funds raised from various options will allow WSP to do as they desire with their winter program and the lower priced options will be readily absorbed by the market because of the volumes being traded.

I know this is not an answer to your questions but I hope it points you in a direction you can find them.

Yes, Canaccord underwrote this issue. CC received a fee for raising the capital in the form of paper. The actual wty's are held by a group of private investors as I recall (Can't tell you from which houses these investors trade out of.......That's the $64,000 question). Keep in mind that CC is also the MM on this play. Rule number one........Never watch the MM.......You'll get burned everytime.
