Mex, I always enjoy your posts and now I have a question for you. Have you ever eaten ceviche? It's a Mexican raw fish dish and is one of my all-time favorite treats! Marinate white fish in lime juice with hot peppers, scallions, cilantro, and diced tomatoes, for 1/2 a day or so and then eat with chips. Your name makes me recall times when I ate ceviche regularly in California and Mexico, but now that I'm in Florida, I have to make other dinner plans. Have a great weekend! Steve
