If the FMV is the low for this stock which is $8.. Hmmm, this should be that hard.... Lemme get my Scientific Graphing Calculator out.... Wait.. Gee it would be $32.... So that it would be much higher than the $20-22 range whispering outside. But the FMV can also be the High of the stock.. $92 X 4 ... Damn!!!! = $368. So.. Do the math... Today's close is 17 3/16... The 4X FMV of the 52weeks range is anywhere from $32 to $368. Honestly, I am not greed, I will take 4X the 52weeks low $8 X 4... ip -------------- No it said about 4X fair market value, but didn't specify what FMV was. ( \ )
