This the third or fourth time this rumor has been floated.

But don't expect others to sit still. One of the more interesting rumors on the
street is Hewlett-Packard's Thanksgiving Day trial balloon of a $699 bundle deal
that would include its first Cyrix-based system. The MII-300-based box could
sport up to 64MB of RAM and a 4.3GB hard drive, with a low-end HP printer
and monitor.
