INSIDER TRADING: Since Sept. 29-30, no insider trading of note. At that time VP's Chaddick and Huang both unloaded between $700,000 and $800,000. Point: doesn't SEC require an insider trading moratorium pre-merger? If CIEN has bounced from $9-10 range to $17, it is at least suspicious that nothing has happened -- including insider purchasing. The repricing of employee options at $12+ also seems to fill in part of the picture. Sounds like some serious wooing, if no consumation as yet. Would love to see who was purchasing big blocks in past three weeks. Then again, I was in for TLAB's on the cheap and was flame broiled in August while I fished the tranquil streams of Montana. I've averaged down to $27, but I still feel like roadkill.
