In response, I'm going to give the man in the street outlook and why I bought in. Laptops are proliferating. I'd pay significant bucks to be able to get into the internet without having to find a phone line that isn't being used. I believe that many mobile business people feel the same. If the speed is better than phone lines, then even better.

GIven the investment - loan announced this week, it's obvious that real money will keep this company from going under and will take it to the next stage. If they ramp up significantly, it's not hard to come up with projections that with Web PE's would make this a steal.

Furthermore, I'm not convinced that ATT Sprint or one of the TELCO's or even World Com wouldn't want to take this over at a premium or at least to co-venture.

To me the key, was continued viability for the next year. That's apparently re-assured by this week's news. At $5 and a little PR this should double fairly quickly.

" . . . even with Autobahn it's too damn slow . . ."

" . . . the cellular/PCS networks will be able to provide better coverage - maybe not at tremendous speeds, but that's secondary . . ."

Seems rather contradictory to me.
