>>>Worth the money, you say?

First you have to be a PMFer and a Web Nut, but it ties both together on these tabs..

Home Page, Banking, Planing, Investing, Home&Car, Taxes...Small Business(I got home&business99) It ties your desktop to the webtop. Once I got it I could see were both companies are headed...seamless integration between your personal data on the desktop[home computer], and the web resources.

Your personal financial data is displayed locally on your desktop in web format by the above tabs..say Banking, with three links, one related information, two internet links, and three help how do I? And as you cross over the above tabs you have links to your data, accounts, records locally and then also resources to what the the web has to offer which relates pertaining to those locally stored items and it is seamless.

And example...Taxes...How much you made YTD from all sources on the left column itemized..then in the center Tax related expenses year to date line itemized.... On the right related activities---"Tax expertise by Turbo Tax"..and all the local links to tax planner, deduction finder, estimate capital gains, catagory list, tax link assistant & tax reports . Down that column then web links to internet based tax information...personal tax guide, common tax questions, file your taxes on line, Quicken.com tax center, turbo tax home page, the irs. Then below that web type links to help how do I stored locally. NEXT ROW...Left Column Tax Calandar, Center Projected Tax, Right Cool Stuff.

The Quicken99 user is presented visually on one page with their current tax situation..all revenue sources and expense sources and then linked locally to quicken and externally to the web for for planning. Yea you could do it now by printing some reports and going into each module...and come to the same results...but this puppy puts everything you need all on one page so you can link up from one reference point...and it's that way from all the above tabs.

It is seamless...the only way you can detect the difference between local and web access is speed...but it's all right there on the same local page with links which connects you both local data and to web resources.

It's a front end which marries both worlds, the desktop and webtop.

Much, Much better then last years Upgrade...IMHKO.
