Soapbox: It's inflation coming. Wages are rising and I'm getting variable rate credit card applications coming to the house.
As soon as I get a variable rate card with a cheap come on price, that also gives me a discount on one of them domes; I'm in!

Stitch:

I agree excess liquidity will be the next crisis; though I'm not sure what the Fed can do about it seeing as it is a helpless follower of the curve. Rates will go down over the next few months because the logic of it is irrefutable; and the markets will rise - again because the logic is irrefutable. But come spring and summer if the world isn't buying a heck of a lot more stuff - I'm selling.

Maybe it's time the hot shots explicitly added asset prices to inflation measures? Would that work?
