Tim, That is really to bad and IMO unfair, granted there is no excuse for not at least giving you a phone call and maybe making other arraingments. However it has been my expeirence so far , that none of the other brokerages can even come close to MB trading. I have been with and or researched ( i believe ) everything currently being offered in the market place today, and it is my opinion you would be doing yourself a grave in justice by not pursueing this a bit further. As funny as it may seem i am going to refrence and incident regarding customer service and MB trading. ON monday i found myself with a stack of picks that i had researched over the weekend, when i came in monday morning and loaded my system for the day, i had some major major problems getting it to just that. To make a long story short one of MB trading personal stayed on the phone with me over three hours to solve the problem. Come to find out after the market that day , it wasn't even their problem. However they solved it with me, and i have never ever had or found another broker who would have done that for me. They never complained one single time while helping me that day. They won some loyality in this camp. Regards, BIG !!!
