Great post. Your conclusions are right on target. According to the latest company report listed at NASDAQ.com, institutional holdings have increased nearly 15%.

Jeff, you are a great reader of the tape.:-) I love the poker analogy...(not showing the hand). Reminds me of a book I read years ago, "Confessions of a stock operator"...(?). I hear that the book is a bible for institutional bond traders or anyone who lives and dies by the tape.
