In your opinion, what should the company do to make a "fundamental recovery" ? If you were in Fred's shoes, what moves would you make ?

Do you feel it is fair that people are paying exorbitant prices
for internet related stocks ? Do you feel it is fair that the President of the United States is above the law ?

Gary, If you could see my legs you wouldn't call me a cheerleader!
You are absolutely right concerning the future of NUOA. Only sound fundamentals will propel this stock to the point where I break even.
Fred has created in FXWA a vehicle for the turnaround. What is required now is financing. (IMHO) FXWA was created to meet the demands of an equity partner with deep pockets. As far as the Nasdaq listing requirements are concerned, please tell me how FXWA does not measure up. Balance sheet items don't mean anything as long as they meet the market capitalization requirement. I'm sure with over 1.8 million shares traded so far that 300 people own the stock. Perhaps they all are Wendover residents ( I was just trying to be funny and at the same time show what a joke these requirements are). I cannot say that the float is sufficient nor can you say that it is not.

If what I've been told is true that a 13D/A has been filed it will show a change in stock ownership position. If Fred puts his money on the line it's a good indication that the future prospects for NUOA are bright.

It doesn't matter what you or I say, MONEY TALKS!!!!!!

Good Luck with your Investments,

Ted
