Is this the same Peter Benz that is chairman of MVEE?

This seems to be the same company I found on the internet when I was looking for Alexander, Wescott & Co. (the "company that initiated coverage" on MVEE):

I was disappointed to see how the stock price of the company that Peter Benz was or is president of has dropped since Alexander, Wescott & Co initiated coverage:

I am also a bit shocked that the President & Director of Kaire Holdings, Inc. is the Chairman of MVEE. Should we expect the same results?

In Message 5395978 the following statement was made:

"The management team of North American Health and Fitness has extensive experience in building companies through acquisitions and has the financial backing to pursue an aggressive acquisition strategy."

At this point in my DD, I see no reason to believe the statement above.

I shall continue my DD and will keep you informed.

"'Speedway Junky' possesses a great cast, a great script and was superbly directed, all main ingredients for a successful film.'' The film, A Magic Entertainment Production, is being executive produced by Gus Van Sant..." techstocks.com

Gus Van Sant's track record:

washingtonpost.com

I'm a movie attic and "Good Will Hunting" (which was well written, by the way) is the only movie on Gus' resume that I have ever seen. One of these days I'll get around to renting "To Die For" if there is nothing else to watch. I'm crazy about Kelly Lynch, but you are going to have to name the movie something else before I rent "Drugstore Cowboy." Read what these movies are about: eonline.com

He may be able to direct them, but so far I have not seen any reason to think that he can pick them (produce).

On the other hand, if Gus wants to give MVEE his money to make a movie, that none of my business.

Here is somebody else's opinion:
