Glenn, I recall some share held by insiders that can't be traded until xx number of days
after the IPO. Those are the shares I was interested in the restrictions.

There are so many different restrictions on different groups of shares for different reasons, I no longer have a clue. There are weekly filings on share restrictions alone.
