Vertical count is always started on the column of X's that provide the first buy signal after the last sell signal. In VRC's case that would be the column of X's that goes from 6 to 13.5.
(16 boxes)(3) = 48. (48)(.5 box size)=24.
24 + the number at the bottom of the last sell signal 5.5 = 29.5
It's current high off the bottom is only 13.5 so it has a lot of room to go.
