Great post! I totally agree and you said it beautifully. Especially true is the part about improving one's own approach by teaching it. I clarify my own ideas by passing them along and I also remind myself of things I hadn't put to use. Then, the feedback from others often brings up new points that cause me to modify my technique or try something new. This is learning and I'd be sunk without it.
