Morning Sergio, I also have wondered about BTGC's high short interest.
As you can see, it has been declining for the last 6 consecutive months. But, I am trying to figure out, what arbitrage situation, if any, could exist to keep the short interest high(8.1%+/- 3.2MMsh). Granted the stock has come down from 15.00(+/-) to 4.25(+/-), but has popped nicely. I would have expected to see a larger % drop reported on the Oct 15 tally. Would appreciate your opinion on this, will be gone most the day,but back latter..Seems to me that bio-tech in general is a hot sector right now, considered defensive/yet high growth, some of these bio's are at their 52 week highs, combined with the "low" PE, and small caps being hot,not to mention the potential and past success of the company..(whew, out of breath<g>), it has a good chance,IMO.I wonder also, if some of the recent high volume could be attributed to short covering and bio-mutual funds, fiscal year end buying/selling...latter DD

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention,I listened to APCO's conference call the other day. I am surprised that no one has posted about the favorable stuff. I will try to recap in the next day or two.
