Arcane, has there been a filing detailing when he received his shares that he just sold? I find this interesting because of their reported business relationship. I also would like to know the answer to that question. In addition, if VanderKelen owned the stock for less than a year, who was the prior owner whose holding period was "tacked onto" to reach a total holding period of at least a year? Unfortunately, this information does not appear to be available online.
