I saw part of this in Vancouver Sun. Reading the details here suggest this is good for IVI since they can provide the integrated readers and all-in-one card. And may be that is one reason Ingenico is interested in them since you can have IVI's POS and Debit Card and Ingenico's Smart Card Technology integrated and now with Plourde and Professional consulting organization and software development and support you can deliver everything. IVI's strategy is sound. Just hope investing community sees this and price the share appropriately. Regardless of the future prospects, if they were bought out around US$ 10-11 now, they should merge with bigger entity because they would need the resources to grow quickly.
