Dear Jan: We dont know why SG&A increased. Possibly management is raping the company but equally possibly this represents costs of hiring and training new people which were not yet productive during the quarter. Even possible its some kind of write off of intangible. I just dont know. Intend to review the 10Q MD&A letter when available. I dont put a lot of stock in anything on YAHOO. If there is insider selling then should show up in SEC form. Havent seen it. Hard to imagin insiders selling at THESE price levels dont you think? JDN
