The two principals of the company own over 85% of the company's stock. It is restricted for many years to come. Columbia Capital has been processing accounts for the FDIC since July:

I guess yesterday's newspaper stories fell on deaf ears as the stock actually traded up on low volume. It's important to remember that CLCK is not BestBank, it's not Baetz and Gallant, it's a publicly traded company that makes the majority of it's money processing credit and debit cards:
