CDMQ, re:I'm very long on INTC and scared! microsoft.aynrand.org; I'm personally not scared at all. Intel has (and has repeatedly stated the fact) carefully avoided any actions which could be construed as anti-trust in nature. Although I think that the FTC/Justice Dept. has grossly overstepped their charter in going after MSFT and Intel, I am confident that Intel will prevail.
