Malko, if this MM manipulation is so pervasive as everyone seems to think, why has the SEC no put a stop to it? It certainly appears quite illegal as it is interfering with the natural movement of the stock due to the supply and demand conditions. Also, would it be legal for a MM to participate on these boards discussing a stock that they make a market in? If that doesn't sound like a conflict of interest I don't know what does.
