I WILL MOVE THIS DISCUSSION TO THE ROCK RESOURCES - RKR THREAD, HERE IS MY ANSWER FOR THOSE THAT ARE INTERESTED IN THE ANSWER! Certainly like all juniors viability is directly proportional to $$$$$$$$$$! If we look at the settlements in the past, the BC gov. was penalized for delay! The "geologist" suing for expropriation of his property got 100% of what he was asking, and was awarded an additional 100% for unacceptable delay by the BC government. The delay was 1/2 the time delay the BC gov has put Rock thru!! The shares outstanding/full dillution can be directly contributed to the BC Gov delay, and the expropriation (which will up the settlement amount). What may happen, if a large settlement is received is a share buy back so that this company gets down to a lower sharecount. I know this is being pondered as we speak. Secondly a sizeable settlement would allow a fully funded drill program. Looking at these aspects, the risk level is "massaged" on this junior compared to many many others!!! The CEO of Rock Resources is a "Lawyer in good standing with the Bar of BC". He believes they have an excellent chance of full retribution and also believes there could be a sizeable award for the delay. The total award could go as high as $25,000,000 to $30,000,000!! Company directors include an EX-RCMP "fraud investigator" . I like the makeup and chances of this company!! the Chief
