Janice they did it for the best of reasons to screw the old stock holders. The reason to me is cyrstal clear they took 3,000 shares and converted it to a big 250 shares they made a penny stock cost me 2.20 a share. Later It was worth more than a dollar until they sold a few shares and then it dropped like a rock and now it sells in the .30 cent range. If that ain't croked than there is no such thing as a crook, and it is all perfectly legal. So management is what we have to look for. You are on guard for scams and what you can do. What they will do to make millions of dallars will be brought to justice and pay a fine of 50,000 dollars and they will be free to do it all over again. My hat is off to you, and yours. Now what I have said in a few words might not be 100 % true, but I am pretty close---francia terry
