I currently reside in Shenzhen and travel to Guanzhou almost two or three times a week. I, of course, take the train both ways. Few USA investors have a chance to use the train like me and I can be a witness to demonstarte the income string of this company. Regardless the economy stage, people in China need to go to places, especially to Shenzhen. Thousands and thousands do. From Lowu, which is the border between Hong Kong and China, you buy the ticket for about 80 Chinese dollar a piece, then you are in Guanzhou within an hour. Many Hong Kong visitors could just use the direct train riding on GSH rail tracks.

Michael,

Intriguing that we are both following GSH and ECD (my fave!). GSH is going to pay off terrifically for me if it pays anything like its last dividend of 70¢.

Another small cap/high yield stock which has been very good to me is AIP (American Israeli Paper [Israel's largest paper products company]). Just paid $6.19 in dividend on a share price of $35.
