Special Commission (UNSCOM) in charge of disarmament Britain, current president of the 15-member body, organized the meeting to see if members could agree on a statement in response to Iraq's Saturday announcement that it was extending its early ban on new inspections to the U.N.'s monitoring center in Baghdad. >> No problem, Madeline Albright will just tell the UN inspectors to stand down again. Then she can say there is no problem. Maybe good for a little blip in the gold and oil stocks Monday.
