David: The main reason suspected for the price erosion was that a large convertible debenture was being liquidated. The convertible debenture reportedly allowed the debt holder to create stock and then sell it into the market. There are other issues which would contribute to pessimism and price erosion. A good history of events can be had by reviewing the filings by Kaire International at the SEC. These are the filings that pertain to the initial public offering. Also, a review of posts on this BB will provide a summary of current thinking about the stock's merit.
