probart, I wholeheartedly agree with everything you said, except "the big piece will be a positive BD report".

IMHO this BIG piece will rock the stock no matter what they report, whether positive or negative. But, I also assume that T.T. has access to some of what B.D. has already done and has found it reassuring.

BTW, does this release "absolutely" confirm that T.T. accepted the terms?

Why would they give him options? Why not just plain give him some shares, not necessarily 10 or 15 million of them, but at least some.
