Ron, I have comments to my post of Aug 7 1998 (3 months ago).

<<< Ron, a write-up is now being created ... purpose to inform ipmcf
shareholders of activity started in July 1998 to help IPM come out
of Chapter 11. I will send you a copy when it is completed. Doug >>>

I hope you have been reading this thread since August of you post.
If not, much as happened. If you have not read this thread or have
not been contacted about pledging held ipmcf shares, then the post
following this one has instructions on how to receive information.

As for the article written about the IPM shareholders activities,
it was realized very soon after the August 7 post that a write-up
would contain information that could be used by those persons that
want IPM to loose the rights to the Black Rock dirt. Because of this
a safe position had to be taken to safeguard the efforts of the
shareholders.

Even tho I am pro-IPM for the shareholders activities, I do not know
what the current status is. Everyday I look at this thread for the
latest information. Only those completely and directly involved with
a possible PP (Private Placement) know today's status. Its on a need
to know basis simply to protect the ipmcf shareholders interests.

As for a write-up, to me it has to happen. Too many questions and
speculations unanswered. I'am hoping Ally will have the time to put
together all her knowledge of events, and collect the details from the
others that were deeply involved with saving IPM.

Maby Ally can write up her side and do a "tag" with the others and they
can add to the article. For sure SI will post this on their home page
since without the mechanics of SI it would not have been possible.
