I agree with you completely concerning the target price. 60% of TLAB seems to be a reasonable assumption. For any offer below $25 could just simply spark a bidding war IMHO. Not sure about the timing though, if a big enough contract is announced this week, short term, the price may go to the low 20s already. Once that is attained, the company can relax a little bit. Which means that whoever is interested would probably need to pay a premium of 40%-60% at the minimum for the company to even consider talking about a merger proposition. The longer the acquirer waits the more expensive it gets especially as more contracts are sealed.
