Dear Tony, I consider so, yes, because of the archly conservative numbers I've put forward for sales of the two eye drugs. -Ariella P.S. For those reading this who don't know what we're talking about: BOL withholds 39% of revenues in order to get paid back for advances given to the company. Of interest, however, is the fact that the company has already pre-paid royalties due to Dr. Bodor, the Lotemax/Alrex patent holder in Florida (they're on the balance sheet and extend through the 1st quarter of 1999). Right now they're actually getting a higher percentage of each revenue dollar through March 31st 1999 than one would think.
