Dear Tony,

I consider so, yes, because of the archly conservative numbers I've put forward for sales of the two eye drugs.

P.S. For those reading this who don't know what we're talking about:
BOL withholds 39% of revenues in order to get paid back for advances given to the company. Of interest, however, is the fact that the company has already pre-paid royalties due to Dr. Bodor, the Lotemax/Alrex patent holder in Florida (they're on the balance sheet and extend through the 1st quarter of 1999). Right now they're actually getting a higher percentage of each revenue dollar through March 31st 1999 than one would think.
