everytime they open a building it is immediately 100% in use
For three years Dell planned to move all employees to Round Rock. Every time they opened a building it was more than full so they are still renting more buildings in Austin. They dropped those plans from the list of goals earlier this year. There is a lot of emphasis on building more computers with fewer people in less space since there is so hard to expand. That helps margins anyway.
