1. Can't get much lower. Do you really think a penny would make a huge difference? 2. Short a .03 stock? That is a stretch, he is smarter than that. 3. Extort money from IDCN? There are legal methods to take care of that. Lost $10k? That would be in line with a previous comment that I made. If in fact he did, he is entitled to vent. JMO. As far as being a paid promoter, there are probably few that are not aware. This in itself is not bad. Lack of disclosure is. If slander is the issue, and he has stated false comments, the company has legal options. They also can prove that they have the goods, what better way to silence a naysayer? I never thought that I would be defending MM....in fact I am not defending him personally......just his right to his opinion.
