Thanks for the link Ed. By the map it would seem that LTU's property is next door to where all the action is. Frankly it doesn't surprise me that LTU's property is in such a good location. It seems management has a knack for picking great properties.

The question is, with all the added interest in DML and NAI, do you think this will spill over onto LTU, or does this new excitement in SVB pertain to another area.

I have very little knowledge about the SVB play and was not the reason for purchasing LTU in the first place. As far as I'm concerned this is an added winfall.
