What I heard was when he was asked why they didn't get a joint venture partner(s) to help develop OCET. He said he had talked to several of his old friends who said to contact them when he had something to offer. Savoca said at the present time, they had nothing to offer.

It may turn out to be great, but it may not amount to anything. I hope for the former, but I'm not going to tout something that has not been proven to be worth a damn!
