If by saying it isn't "proven" (the things marcos said) I will agree with you if you mean 100% proven, but if I was on a jury and you were being tried, I would vote guilty because I think it was proven enough to convict you (proven beyond a reasonable doubt doesn't have to be 100% proven). Over 95% proven is enough for me.
